Paul Tee is originally from the Worcester, Massachusetts Area, where he attended Worcester State University and earned his Bachelor's Degree in geography. His real estate career began when he took the position of Vice President of Operations for Shelter Vest Inc, working for their property management & real estate development division in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Understanding the value of education, Paul earned his Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Anna Maria College. He also gained his real estate and construction supervisor license while living in Massachusetts.
Paul became co-owner of a successful high end gift store, "A Basket Case Inc." (Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough and W. Boyston, Mass. locations) which was the largest distributor of Godiva Chocolates in New England, among other fine gifts. The store also featured a café providing coffee, cappuccino, and pastries.
Paul, his wife Janice, and their 4 daughters moved to Cape Coral, Florida for warm sunshine all year round. Paul has volunteered for non profit organizations at the Sanibel, Captiva, and Pine Island Conservation Centers. He has also volunteered for the Florida Sea Grant Programs. Paul formally was a member of the Cape Coral Planning and Zoning Commission. He is an avid kayaker and water skier. In fact, Paul was the Massachusetts State Water Ski Champion for over 12 years.
Paul has over 25 years of real estate experience. He enjoys helping and working with people to find their piece of paradise in Southwest Florida.
